Return Policy – Medical Supply Surplus
Due to the nature of medical and nutritional products, all sales are subject to the following return conditions. All returned items must be unopened, and unused.
Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of confirmed delivery.
Requests submitted after 14 days will not be approved.
Order Discrepancies
Any shipping errors, damages, or discrepancies must be reported within 3 business days of confirmed delivery.
Failure to report within this timeframe constitutes acceptance of the order as delivered.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:

Nutritional products

Surgical products
-
Sterile products once opened

Products purchased with store credit

Clearance or final sale items
Due to health and safety regulations, medical products cannot be restocked or resold.
Restocking Fee
Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Returned medical items must be discarded for safety compliance, the restocking fee covers processing and disposal costs.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error was made by Medical Supply Surplus.
Delivery Responsibility
Orders are considered fulfilled when the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout.
Medical Supply Surplus is not responsible for:

Packages stolen after confirmed delivery

Incorrect addresses entered by the customer

Carrier delays beyond our control
Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery to a secure location.
Approved Return Shipping Process
Once a return is approved, Medical Supply Surplus will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
The return must be shipped using the provided label and must be scanned by the carrier within 7 calendar days of label issuance.
Returns not scanned within 7 calendar days will be considered abandoned and the return authorization will be void.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days after approved return is received and inspected. All refunds will be issued to the method of payment used at checkout.
