New Return Policy

We stand by 100% of the items we sell at Medical Supply Surplus. We pride ourselves on providing the best level of customer service possible. We offer a  refund guarantee (minus shipping) on all the products we sell. If you have a issue with your product, please email sales@medicalsupplysurplus.com and one of our dedicated customer service reps will assist you. 

If there is a error on our part; to receive a 100% refund all items must be in the original packaging, unopened, and undamaged. 

All returns will be subjected to a 25% restocking fee.

Returns for orders placed over 30 days will be subjected to a 35% restocking fee and a store credit will be issued as the method of return payment. All store credits must be used in 30 days. All products purchased with a store credit are non-returnable and non-refundable. 

Returns for item not in original packaging and/or opened will be subjected to a 50% restocking fee. 

Returns for orders placed over 45 days will not be accepted. 

All refunds for returns will be processed in 2-3 business days after receipt of product.
